I was on the N137 home tonight and a girl only had ten pounds to buy her bus ticket, the bus driver had no change, and a man offered to buy her ticket. Let’s ignore the fact the man was a little strange looking and rather quick to jump at the chance to buy this ticket, because the girl’s boyfriend was with her. But pay for her ticket he did, and she came over and didn’t just say thank you but stood and chatted to him for the next five minutes, and proceeded to carry on until after I left.
I was quite shocked, nice deeds on both parties, and I think he was just genuinely being nice.
